I have 30 years of experience in treating and managing lower back pain. Specifically my own. Prolapse discs at L4/5 and L5/S1 while taking part in university 1st XV rugby ended my rugby playing, but started my life with chronic pain.
Over this time I have tried therapies from all over the world (from Chinese acupuncture to German Orthopedic surgeons) and I have found that Osteopathy has been consistently the most effective long term treatment.
I believe that osteopathic care is the cornerstone of any comprehensive and holistic health program. When your body works the way nature intended, your spirit soars - and so do you.
I have one goal in mind - to help you feel better fast. I know that when your body isn't in top shape then your entire outlook on life can be affected.
Experienced working with elite athletes and teams to manage injuries as well as general maintenance to help them achieve their performance goals.
Treating many everyday conditions such as neck, back, hip pain and more - with all the advantages and expertise gained from professional elite sports.
Bringing together the unique advantages of whole-body analysis and treatment of osteopathy with specific attention to rehabilitation and progressive movement patterns.
